Micheal Carroll

Micheal Carroll is a dynamic Information Technology leader with more than 30 years of technology, strategic planning, change management and organizational improvement experience in companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small, startup ventures and across a multitude of industries. Micheal’s specialty areas include: strategic technology solutions, business scaling, strategic planning, change management, organizational development, coaching, continuous improvement, and policy development.

Previously, he served as a Vice President for JP Morgan Chase and held several senior leadership roles at Elmer’s Products, Limited Brands & Foley & Lardner law offices.

 

Laura Koprowski 
Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategic External Communications
Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA)

 

 

Laura Koprowski leads the organization’s government affairs, advocacy, community relations, public involvement, and strategic communications efforts. Laura and her team focus on creating a broader presence of COTA in the community and cultivating strong working relationships with local governments, elected officials, businesses, community organizations and others to advance public transportation in central Ohio.

Prior to joining COTA, Laura served as the Director of Public and Government Affairs at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for 11 years.

Laura actively participates in several community and professional groups such as the Columbus Metropolitan Club, Columbus Chamber Government Affairs Steering Committee and the Ohio Public Transit Association.
