Timothy J. Dwyer
Vice President & Assistant Treasurer
Nationwide Insurance

 

 

Tim Dwyer joined Nationwide Insurance in 2000. Presently, Tim is Vice President in the Office of Treasury and Assistant Treasurer for the Nationwide Insurance Companies. His primary responsibility is to lead the Treasury Services department, which includes the establishment and management of banking relationships, negotiation of corporate/affiliate credit transactions, liquidity management, cash forecasting and
business unit Treasury consulting services.

Tim is a member of the Enterprise Liquidity Committee as well as the Nationwide Bank
Lending Committee. Tim is also a member of the Federal Reserve’s Task Force on Faster Payments and a member of Nationwide’s Blockchain Forum.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Tim was employed with Bisys Inc. and Midland Life
Insurance Company serving as a Treasury Analyst. Tim received his BA from Ohio
University and MBA from Capital University. He holds the Certified Treasury
Professional (CTP) designation.

 

Doug Von Doersten, CGMA,CPA

Doug Von Doersten, Executive Vice President, CFO (CGMA,CPA, inactive) – Mr. Von Doersten has been the EVP, CFO & Vice President of Human Resources of Diamond Cellar Holdings, llc (dba Diamond Cellar) for over 18 years leading the finance, human resource and management information areas and was recently promoted to Executive Vice President. He has led the integration of people and systems during DCH’s acquisitions and is responsible for all treasury functions. Mr. Von Doersten began his career in public accounting with Deloitte advancing to Audit manager before leading financial reporting for a Forstmann Little owned entity (Grimes Aerospace) and becoming Chief Operating Officer of Harmony Ball Co. in Columbus.

Michael has been with Stanley Steemer as the Corporate Controller for the past two years. In his previous job, I was the controller at Royal Building Products, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products. Prior to that he worked for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company for about thirteen years.
Michael graduated in 1993, from Youngstown State University and is a CPA.  He has a wife and three children, 18, 17 and 13.
