Devin Crist
Manager of Treasury and Risk
IGS Energy

Devin Crist leads the IGS teams that are responsible for treasury operations, risk management, corporate insurance, and middle office trading analytics and controls. He and his team provide strategic financial support to the company’s internal and external stakeholders. 

Prior to joining IGS in 2011, Devin served as the Director of Energy Controls and Accounting at Accent Energy, where he spent 7 years with the start‐up in the finance department developing the margin accounting structure and leading risk management efforts. Devin is a certified treasury professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University and a master’s degree in business administration from Capital University.

When he isn’t working, you’ll find Devin spending time with his family and traveling to one of his children’s many sporting events.

 

Michael Lydon
Assistant Treasurer
Advanced Drainage Systems

Michael Lydon joined Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (NYSE: WMS) (“ADS”) in 2011 and holds the role of Assistant Treasurer managing the company’s global cash and debt management functions. During his time at ADS, he has been engaged in a variety of activities including an initial public offering, domestic and international acquisitions, capitalization of leases, hedging policy implementation, A/P and A/R automation projects, travel and procurement card implementations, merchant services changes, bank and private shelf note debt issuances, and the development of Sarbanes Oxley requirements for Treasury. 

Before ADS, Michael had more than 20 years of treasury related experiences in banking, investments and insurance working in New York, NY and Columbus, OH. His previous employers include Huntington Bancshares, JPMorgan Chase, Meeder Financial and Northwestern Mutual. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor at Franklin University in Columbus, OH since 2009 teaching graduate and undergraduate classes in the fields of Economics and Finance.

Michael has an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with majors in Economics, Finance and International Business. His undergraduate degree is from Ohio University with majors in Finance, Management and Business Pre-Law. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and served as the Treasurer for the Central Ohio Association for Financial Professionals from 2014 to 2017.
