LIBOR Discontinuance: What you need to know
It is expected that LIBOR will no longer be generally available by the end of 2021, if not sooner. Various industry initiatives are underway to identify a replacement index rate and to make the necessary changes to documentation to address the possibility of LIBOR discontinuance in the near term.
Join us for a brief update on the current status of LIBOR discontinuance, including recent guidance and other consultations from ISDA and the Alternative Reference Rates Committee. This presentation will also provide guidance on what you should be thinking about now in respect of commercial loan and derivatives documentation.
